Qualification :
M.Arch or M.Tech along with above minimum work stated above in green building certification and/or building performance simulation is a MUST.
Job Description :
To work on varied scale and typology projects of green certification system.
Knowledge in the following is required-
- Essential expert knowledge of all ratings systems ie IGBC, GRIHA and LEED. Knowledge of WELL and EDGE is desirable.
- Very good knowledge and experience of building software simulation like eQuest/Design Builder/ Open Studio.
- Good communications skills and interaction with clients.
- Advance knowledge of AutoCad.
- Advance Knowledge of MEP systems and allied services.
- LEED AP/ IGBC AP/GRIHA CP is a must.
Location :
This is a full time position for our office at Nagpur India
The Position is for immediate joining and shall be open until suitable candidate is found.
