We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring the success of our software products from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders from across the organization to define project scope, document business processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

•    Develop and own the product roadmap, outlining the vision, strategy, and feature prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•    Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
•    Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
•    Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
•    Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
•    Conducting feature training and demo sessions with sales, support and customer teams.
•    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
•    Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.
•    Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on product priorities and milestones.
•    Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
•    Collaborating with product marketing and communication team for branding, blogs and product launches.
•    Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by defining test scenarios, coordinating test execution, and validating results.

Qualifications details:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
•    2-3 years of experience in product management or as a business analyst, preferably in the software industry.
•    Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, business process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
•    Experience working in an agile development environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
•    Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
•    Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•    Experience with data analysis, SQL queries, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
•    Knowledge about sustainability and technology solutions in the space would be an added advantage 
•    Track record of successfully launching and managing software products from conception to delivery would be an advantage.
